Camia studied at the University of Arizona where she received a Bachelor of Music in 1998 following that with a Master of Music in 2001. Camia married Michael Pfingsten in 2002 and began the life of an Air Force spouse. They have moved around the world twice, and have been blessed with four amazing children whom Camia has had the privilege of homeschooling. Mike retired from the AIr Force in 2019 and they moved to Round Hill, VA in 2021. In her spare time, she loves to be with her family, play games, hike and bake. She loves the opportunities that CHRSM offers their youngest son and is very much enjoying the opportunity of teaching at CHRSM this year.
